    DASSIE CENTENARY REUNION TO BE HELD

           AT THE OLD SCHOOL 2-4 OCT 2015

Due to the offer from some of the Cape Town Dassies, to supply some of the requirements needed, we are able to reduce the cost slightly. Below are the details.

Person attending the Get Together Party = R215,00 pp (including Memento)
Person attending the Get Together Party = R160,00 pp (NO Memento)
Person staying in hostel & party = R615,00 pp excluding food (we will have to go eat out)

Partners attending = R120,00 pp
Teachers = R215,00 pp

In the reference block: Please put your name and surname and I will pick up who paid on my bank statement.
Closing date and all monies to be paid by 28 February 2015. No money will be handled at the Reunion.
Those who haven’t paid by then will be turned away, so start saving now.

I ask you, please not to wait for 28 February because there are costs that need to be paid before then, otherwise due to inflation, costing could rise and the pricing will have to change. There are certain things that have to be ordered long before the Reunion and others require deposits to be paid.

Ladies please in-box or email or sms me: Your full names, Address, Tel/Work number, cell no., email address, date of birth and bank details, if you haven’t done so already. I require these details to keep on record and in case, something happens to me, my daughter, Melissa and my sister, Julie Foster (also a Dassie) are aware of all the details about the Reunion.

TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR VISIT TO BOLAND COLLEGE

1. Cooking food in bedrooms is not permitted.

2. Those of you staying in the hostel must bring own bedding, coffee, tea, milk, sugar, cup, glass, kettle etc.

3. Strictly no drinking of alcohol in the hostel. After all, it is a place of education and there will be students studying on the premises during our stay.

4. You can however, drink alcohol at the Cocktail Party on the Saturday evening, PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN DRINKS, GLASS, ICE

5. No smoking in the hostel, there is a smoking area just outside the hostel.

6. No music or noise allowed after 11pm.

7. We do not have to clean hostel, their staff will, but we must leave the place in same condition as we found it.

8. We do, however, have to clean the Hall on the Saturday evening after the party.

9. Dress code for the Cocktail Party: SMART CASUAL

10. Let us all party together.
